At the height of the pandemic, RD Global, Inc. wanted to empower Insurance Adjusters to continue their work by providing a solution that would keep them and their customers safe--a remote inspection tool. While many people were starting to use apps like Zoom or Facetime, insurance adjusters needed something that would help them manage the claims process, maintain security for the customer's data, and verify the location of their customer when showcasing damage.
As a UX strategist I led the discovery process with research, ideation, and wireframing. I then facilitated branding workshops and came up with the brand name, I also gave creative direction to designers on the look & feel of the product. Finally, I designed the storyboard and content for their marketing video and wrote the UX copy for both the marketing facing website and actual product.
