Who operates this site
This site and the Centered assessment and report are operated by Corus Innovation Labs LLC. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Corus Innovation Labs LLC. Christina Adames’s independent work is separate from her employer.
Information we collect
Information you choose to provide
- Your email address when you ask to receive report availability or product updates.
- Your overall assessment profile, percentage score, priority dimension, consent date, and the date the record was updated.
- Messages you send by email, including speaking inquiries.
- Order and delivery information when purchasing becomes available.
Assessment answers
The 24 free-assessment answers are processed in your browser and are not submitted or stored by the site. If you later purchase a personalized report, the answers will need to be processed to generate that report. The purchase flow will explain that use before submission.
Payment information
When checkout is added, payments will be handled by a third-party payment processor. We will not receive or store your complete card number. The processor will handle payment information under its own privacy terms.
How we use information
- To remember interest in the full report and communicate when it becomes available.
- To deliver purchased products, receipts, service messages, and customer support.
- To protect the service, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
- To improve the assessment and report using aggregated or deidentified patterns where practical.
We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Email choices
Marketing email will identify the sender and provide a clear way to unsubscribe. You may also email us with “unsubscribe” in the subject line. We will honor valid opt-out requests promptly. Transactional messages needed to deliver a purchase may still be sent.
Service providers and links
We may use service providers for hosting, data storage, email delivery, payment processing, and security. They may process limited information to provide those services. The report also links to independent research and third-party sites; their privacy practices are their own.
Retention and security
