Operator and eligibility

The site is operated by Corus Innovation Labs LLC, a Florida limited liability company. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to purchase or use a personalized report.

Educational products

The assessment, report, field guide, articles, and research pathway are educational decision-support materials. They are not legal, financial, security, compliance, procurement, medical, employment, or technical advice. They do not replace review by qualified professionals or accountable leaders inside your organization.

Your responsibilities

• Do not enter confidential, regulated, proprietary, export-controlled, personal, or sensitive information into the assessment.
• Answer for one initiative and use reasonable judgment when interpreting results.
• Do not rely on a score as authorization to deploy, automate, purchase, or scale an AI system.
• Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, scrape protected content, or attempt to bypass payment or access controls.

Purchases and delivery

Prices, included materials, and delivery timing will be shown before purchase. A purchase provides a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the delivered report for your own personal or internal business decision-making. It does not transfer ownership of the report framework, assessment, writing, design, or underlying intellectual property.

Research and third-party materials

Research recommendations are editorial selections, not endorsements. Links, publications, and findings can change. Provider research may reflect the provider’s access, methods, products, and incentives and should be read alongside independent sources. Third-party sites are responsible for their own content and availability.

Intellectual property

Centered, the assessment structure, report framework, original writing, design, and downloadable materials are owned by Corus Innovation Labs LLC or used with permission. You may quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not reproduce, resell, publish, train a competing product on, or distribute the materials without written permission.

No warranties

The site and materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that a report is complete, error-free, continuously available, or suitable for a particular decision. AI, law, standards, markets, and research change quickly.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corus Innovation Labs LLC and Christina Adames will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the site or materials. Total liability for a paid report will not exceed the amount paid for that report. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Independence and employer separation

This is independent educational and publishing activity. It is not sponsored by, affiliated with, or a service of Christina Adames’s employer. Company-specific advisory work, customer briefings, workshops, and vendor-sponsored engagements may require separate employer review and written approval.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a dispute, each party agrees to make a good-faith effort to resolve it by written notice. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
